Anyhoo, I wouldnt worry... this board is still young and it will take time to fill up, also they go through dry patches sometimes, it picks up again though, I should be coming here more often myself lol, also HT is prepared to share resources with the school if we can find any experienced trustworthy people to become tutors here for you

Also I'll see what I can do about sharing this site with some of my own allies and spreading the word for you a little so as to get you a little more business, right now however you should be focusing on getting organised, meaning trustworthy staff, solid plans for the future of your site, and the preperation to have people coming here to learn, it can be a very big and trying responcibility to have so many people dependant on you trust me.

So I would get to work on organising some crash course articles for each section so the students can read through and learn the basics for each theme, meaning you will need someone experiences and knowing for every such catagory to write such a course, don't bite of more than you can chew, remember you simply don't have the right to take chances when you have people trusting and depending on you.

You need to be sure you can provide the absolute best possible quality tuition for the people that come here, the better the service you provide the more people will hear of your organisation and the more business you will get.

Also I would suggest you get your hands on staff who arent afraid to work one on one with the students to help them with their issues, and I would suggest a Q&A section for each catagory as it starts to clutter up the forum when too many people make threads asking only one question then abandoning them. And also tutorials for all the little techs you know of, as I see you have already been doing

I suggest you get a staff section if you havent already (cant remember ) where you can brainstorm with your fellow staff to come up with new ideas to organise and imporve your service.


Sorry if I sounded concending or anything with this, Just trying to share notes from my personal experience with the running of HT to help you out with the running of the school
