Heres a Simple Method of APing, I'll post more later.
Find a quiet place, free of distractions,
Adjust the lighting and room temperature,
Adjust clothing, footwear, eyeglasses.
Sit down or lie down,
Find a position that is comfortable for you, Quiet your mind . . . Still your thoughts . . .
Relax your body,
. . . totally relaxed . . .
Focus on your breathing . . .
Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose . . .
Retain the breath as long as is comfortable . . .
Exhale through the mouth slowly and completely . . .
Repeat for two more breaths . . . or as is comfortable.
Let go of the fear of leaving your physical body.
Remember you astral project when you sleep.
See yourself floating away from your physical body.
You may feel as release or perhaps hear a sound as you leave.
If you get fearful, please stop as you are not ready for astral projection.
Anything done in metaphysics should feel comfortable and easy.
If it is stressful, let it go for now, as you are not ready.

Another warning sign for astral projection: Some accounts of astral projection can cause pain. The seperation between mind and body can feel like tearing flesh, this case is rare but does happen, please stop if you even feel a little pain Another way to attempt astral projection is in meditation. If your are careful with candels you can stare into the flame a burning candel, concentrate on this flame, untill you can no longer hold your eyes upon it, slowly close your eyes as if falling into a deep sleep, you should be able to see the flame with your eyes closed and begin to move forward as if you are standing up. You will know if you have suceeded because before you return to your body, you will see your self sitting there asleep. Try it, and practice meditaion as much as possible.

Here is another way to Ap your self. First start by getting in a comfortable quiet place and relax. Inhale and exhale. imagine a ball of bright white energy deep in your chest and every time you inhale it gets bigger. keep doing this until it starts to flow from your body. then imagine you are that bright light and visualize yourself leaving your body. focus on the light and that you are that light. keep practicing with it and pretty soon you'll get it.
